Meet Kris Labadie

Certified Personal trainer

I have always been passionate about health and fitness, and grew up playing a variety of sports, both team and individual. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good about their body and their health. That’s why I decided to pursue a career in personal training, to help people achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier happier lives. When I’m not at the gym for my own workouts I enjoy outdoor activities with my wife Sandra and my dog Hank.

I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and I always tailor my programs to meet their individual needs and goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve your mobility, or simply feel better in your own skin, I can help you get there.
